Mercyhurst University Athletics offers NCAA Division I and Division II sports along with several Club Sports. Our current club sports include Marching Band, Pep Band, Cheerleading, Color Guard, Dance, Equestrian, Figure Skating, Men's & Women's Ice Hockey and Men's Bowling. Teams practice multiple times each week and compete regularly throughout the academic year. In past years, some teams have competed at National and Regional events as well as league championships. Mercyhurst University Dance Team is one of three performance-based athletics groups at Mecyhurst University; actively working alongside Mercyhurst University Cheer and Athletic Bands. MUDT dances for all home football and men's basketball games, performing for media timeouts and halftimes in addition to on-campus spirit events such as Homecoming Week festivities and Laker Showdown.
