High School: Was a five-year member of the swimming team and spent five years as a coxswain for the rowing team ... voted the Most Valuable Freshman athlete in 2010 ... three-time Most Valuable Coxswain (2011-2013) ... three-time Virginia State Champion (2010, 2012-2013) ... USRowing Club National Champion in the men's youth four (2011).  While at Mercyhurst, coxed Varsity 8 freshman season and Varsity 4 sophomore season.
