Men's Lacrosse Ties for Fourth in USILA Poll

BALTIMORE, Md. – The Mercyhurst College men’s lacrosse team fell to fourth in this week’s United State Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division II Coaches’ Poll, released Monday by USILA officials.
The Lakers, who suffered their first loss of the season to then-No. 5 C.W. Post on Saturday, tied Limestone with 62 points apiece.
Le Moyne remained first with 90 points and all nine first-place votes, followed by Post and Dowling in a tie for second with 73 points.
New York Tech captured the sixth-spot with 39 points, while Merrimack (35), Bentley (22), Saint Leo (17) and Queens (N.C.) (9) rounded out the poll in spots 7 – 10.
Mercyhurst wraps up its regular-season schedule this Saturday, May 8, with a 1 p.m. contest at Dominican (N.Y.).
