ERIE, Pa. – Sophomore
Ally Keirn of the fourth-ranked Mercyhurst College women’s lacrosse team has been named womenslacrosse.com Division II Offensive Player of the Week, website officials announced on Monday.
Keirn accumulated 11 points in a pair of victories over Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division foes Indiana (Pa.), 16-9, and then-No. 2 Lock Haven, 11-10.
She scored four goals and added two assists in the win over the Crimson Hawks on Wednesday, before reeling off three goals and two assists as the Lakers dealt the Lady Eagles their first loss of the season on Saturday.

Mercyhurst hosts eighth-ranked Gannon in the first round of the 2010 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Women’s Lacrosse Tournament on Tuesday, Apr. 24 at Tullio Field. Game time is set for 4 p.m.
