BALTIMORE, Md. – The Mercyhurst College men's lacrosse team was ranked third in this week's United State Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Coaches' Poll, released Monday by USILA officials.

The Lakers, who moved to 3-0 with an 11-8 win over then-No. 7 Dowling last weekend, picked up 85 points in the latest poll.

C.W. Post remained No. 1 with 108 points and nine first-place votes, while Le Moyne came in at No. 2 with 101 points and two first-place nods. New York Tech fell to fourth with 76 points, followed by Limestone in fifth with 63 points.

Merrimack (55), Mars Hill (44), Dowling (32), Bentley (20) and Queens (10) rounded out spots 6 – 10.

Mercyhurst returns to action with a 1 p.m. contest against ECC foe Molloy on Saturday, March 13 at Tullio Field.
