Mercyhurst Athletics

Erie, Pa. - The Mercyhurst College Student-Athlete Advisory Board will be hosting the third annual Laker Showdown on Tuesday, February 9th, 2010 at 8:30pm in the Mary D’Angelo Performing Arts Center. 

Composed of a variety of acts performed by different sports teams on campus, the Laker Showdown is a great way to support fellow Mercyhurst students as well as contribute to a good fundraiser. All proceeds will be donated to Special Olympics. Tickets are $3 and will be sold Feb 1st-9th in the Egan cafeteria and will be available at the door. 

Last year’s Showdown raised $1,800. Help Mercyhurst raise even more money this year for a great cause by bringing any spare change to vote for your favorite performance (change will also be available for dollar exchange at door).
