Christie Turak claimed seventh-place at the 52nd annual Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference and helped Mercyhurst to a 14th-place finish.
Turak covered the 6K course in 22:28.5, just off the winning pace of Shippensburg's Neely Spence, who finished in 21:32.4. Spence's time helped guide the Red Raiders to a team title with 77 points.
Turak is now a two-time All-PSAC honoree after also finishing in a the top 20 a year ago. This season, the senior has finished in the top 10 of all seven races, taking first in five meets.
Jennifer Mieczkowski crossed the tape second for the Lakers, earning a 59th-place finish in a time of 25:12.1.
Cherie Jackson followed with a time of 26:19.3 while
Jennifer Hoobler crossed the line in 27:02.1.
Amanda Ehrbar rounded out the scoring five with a time of 27:30.5.
Jessica Pachlhofer and
Madelyn Hoover finished the Lakers seven, posting times of 29:40.1 and 31:57.6, respectively.
The Lakers will now compete in the NCAA Atlantic Regional hosted by Mansfield on Nov. 7.
